Ortho-Bionomy®
Ortho-Bionomy® is a bodywork system that is easily utilized by itself or with many other modalities. It’s ease and gentleness for both the practitioner and the client are among it’s outstanding features.
By finding structural balance, blood circulates more freely, the body functions more effectively, and muscles find new poise. Ortho-Bionomy® helps the body find new, more efficient patterns of function and movement.
Reiki is a simple and deeply powerful form of healing. It enriches the lives of everyone touched by it, either in giving or receiving it. It is a practice in itself and it adds zest and power to other forms of energy work bodywork or massage.

Ortho-Bionomy® Basics: Working with the Extremities

- The easy and effective techniques to ease pain, tension and discomfort in the upper extremity (clavicle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand), ribcage, sternum, lower extremity (femur, knee, ankle, feet) and pelvis.

- Ways of working with your clients that will save your hands: techniques that are gentle and easy on you and your clients.

Location: Class will be held at Ariel Massotherapy, 2106 Braewick Circle Suite D, Akron, OH. Class size is limited to 6. If there is a larger demand, you will be notified of a different location for the class.
Cost: $325. If you register and pay in full by November 15, 2019, the cost is $275.

This is largely a hands-on workshop, consisting mainly of hands-on anatomy review, technique demonstration and practice, so wear your loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
Classes are conducted at a pace that is tailored to the participants. With that in mind, we will cover as much of the material as is possible
About the instructors:
Bill Blocksom
Bill became a Registered Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy in May 2004, an Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy in June 2002 and a Practitioner in May 2000, having taken his first class in 1994. He has been in full-time practice of massage therapy since 1991. Though he has studied, practiced and taught other modalities, Ortho-Bionomy is his first love. He maintains a private Ortho-Bionomy and Massage Therapy practice in Akron, Ohio.
