Ortho-Bionomy®

Ortho-Bionomy® is a bodywork system that is easily utilized by itself or with many other modalities.  It’s ease and gentleness for both the practitioner and the client are among it’s outstanding features. 

 

By finding structural balance, blood circulates more freely, the body functions more effectively, and muscles find new poise.  Ortho-Bionomy® helps the body find new, more efficient patterns of function and movement.

Reiki is a simple and deeply powerful form of healing.  It enriches the lives of everyone touched by it, either in giving or receiving it.  It is a practice in itself and it adds zest and power to other forms of energy work bodywork or massage. 

 

Classes

  • Elective classes: 
    • Self-Care
    • Coloring Outside the Lines: a combination of advanced Spine and Extremities, Assessment, and other techniques not taught in Basics.
    • Working with the Muscles of the Upper Extremity: A compliment to Basic Extremities that will help you pinpoint specific areas and address specific problems.
    • Working with the Muscles of the Lower Extremity
    • Working with the Muscles of the Head, Neck and Torso
